Quartz Movement: 2 or 3 Hands
Time: Pull the crown full way and set it. Close the crown.
Date: Pull the crown half way and set it. Close the crown.

Quartz Movement: Chronographs with Stop Watch
Time: Pull the crown full way and set it. Close the crown.
Date: Pull the crown half way and set it. Close the crown.
Stopwatch settings: The seconds dial must point to 12 o’clock. If not, open the crown full way then press the upper right button several times until the seconds dial points to 12 o’clock. Close the crown.
Start counting: Push the upper right button. Each minute will appear on the small chronograph.
Stop counting: Push the upper right button again.
Reset count: When stop counting, then push the lower right button.

ETA Automatic Movement: 3 Hands
This type of watch works on self-charge i.e., it gets recharge when shakes.
Important: First thing you must do when receiving your ETA Automatic movement watch is “shake it” for 30 seconds to charge.
Important: Second thing you must do is open the crown half way, wind the dial to 12 o’clock, then wait for at least a minute to close the crown. Repeat the same, but this time pull the crown half way.
Time: Pull the crown full way and set it. Close the crown.
Date: Pull the crown half way and set it. Close the crown.

Sizing your watch
For metal bands we recommend that you take the watch to a watch repair shop. They should be able to size the watch for you for about $5.00 . Leather band watches are sized differently depending on the security clasp. Taking care of your new watch
Like any fine jewelry, water does damage. Avoid submerging your watch or wearing it in the shower. Although your watch is manufactured with proper O-rings and gaskets, water may still make its way into the casing, usually due to crowns not fully seated. All automatic watches require servicing sooner or later. A good tune up will ensure a long lasting watch. Quartz battery operated watches typically need a new battery every two to three years. (To save battery life, make sure the chronograph stop watch is not running when not in use). Any watch repair shop should be able to service your watch.
